The relationship resulted in marriage and within a few months the old man and his new bride began their attempt at parenthood. The old man was well aware that time was not on his side and the possibility of fathering a child was probably beyond his reach. After 2 years of trying (the now 75 year old man) was about ready to give up, until one day the old man found in his village a red scarf. The scarf really bothered him and he became determine to find out who this lovely scarf belong to. The old man work day in and day out for 3 days in his attempt to return the scarf back to its rightful owner. During this period Khalfani was firm in believing that everyone in The Hilt Of Armageddon was indeed fully dedicated to this organization and they could NOT be reformed. The group have now grown to 540 members and they were ready to rage their war upon the mortal realm, however before this two tasks must be resolved first. (1) They needed to agree upon WHO would be the leader of their organization and (2) What should be used to bind this agreement!!!! Throughout the time of the group gaining in its membership, Khalfani was unclear of HOW he could defeat ALL of The Hilt Of Armageddon as this group was comprised of too many powerful and highly knowledge enchanters. So Khalfani decided that his wits (something he learned from mortals) was more powerful than any magick. He figured that just as he was able to cunning enough to become PART of their group, then perhaps he can use that same skill to have THEM adopt him as the leader. But to do this would require him to totally lower his defenses, because now it was needed for him to become noticed and respected by ALL of The Hilt Of Armageddon this would mean that he would have to appear as a mortal. Khalfani summoned the spirit of an ancient god of rebirth, the deity was willing to train Khalfani in the ritual of alternate rebirth…this process would strip the Djinn power, spirit and essence from his body and store it into this ring for a limited time of just 10 sunsets, after the tenth sunset the alternate rebirth ritual would diminish and Khalfani would return back to his natural being…..filled with magick and energy. This ring would allow Khalfani to return back to his Djinn self at will should he feel that danger was to befall him. Khalfani sealed the last member and with seconds spoke his own name……and evoked the powers of his natural being, a powerful Djinn. The members of The Hilt Of Armageddon all gasp in disbelief and angry began to develop in the voices as they shouted “you’ve deceived us release us or pay the most extreme penalty!!!” Khalfani ignored their threats and announce to them the mortal world will NOT be invaded by their hand and that they shall remain from now to the end of ALL TIMES, obedient and faithful to him. The 17 year old Heng was told by elders to never go to the “sand lands of their village” this area was located in the southern part of the Taklamakan Desert and it was the only part in the desert that had sand, unlike all the other parts which had stones. This area was forbidden by both mortals and Vampires as both feared that area it being the home of a wise but greatly feared sorcerer. Heng needed to know what others did not so he made the 10 hour voyage and seek to know what others’ did not know. Already the eager (and not so wise) young vampire have done something that no one (not for over 100 years have done) have done which is to see with his own eyes THE SAND LANDS. He searched the village for 3 hours and only seen a few houses and no people where present. Until when he grabbed his sack and water-bag when all of a sudden out walks an old man in a long robe and pouch who grabs Heng by the arm, shakes him and ask; Who are you? Why did you come here???? Frightened, Heng ran with all his might and did not stop until over 2 miles away from the Sand Lands. He noticed a large boulder and decided to rest for a few minutes, he noticed in the distance a figure coming towards him and he thought maybe it was the people of his village searching for him, until the figure emerged and it was the old man from the Sand Lands. Giving up already? Too bad you are NOT as IGNORANT as the others in your village. I have just left their, they are looking for you, go home and share in their ignorance! Heng heard everything the old man said but he took most concern when the man said; “Too bad you are NOT as IGNORANT as the others…” The old man looked at HENG and told him that knowledge is the most powerful thing that anyone can possess and that he will be willing to train the young Vampire the ways of magick. Years passed on, and the old man made Heng a skilled sorcerer the year of his vampire age. The old man taught Heng a great deal about magick but nothing of the heart. Heng was a great student and mastered magick quickly, but Heng wanted to learn not just to have knowledge and to pass to on…..NO he wanted to learn it to dominate and conquer all Vampire, mortal and all alike. The old man pleaded with Heng but this was to no avail, disappointed by this the old man purposely left out a very important fact about magick and deities such as Vampires….the power to control them are in their NAMES. The old man did not teach Heng the ritual to guard his own name. Heng left with only a promise… to NOT enslave the teacher and so he began to use his powers to capture enslave and torture all that crossed him. The old man spent 2 years constructing and spell casting a vessel, this very ring to hold this deity. It was completed and now awaits the deity that must call it home until eternity. The old man tried to capture the young vampire but it appeared the young vampire have become quite strong and powerful in vampiric power and witchcraft. The old man thought back when the wise vampire was young and ignorant, and then he remember how to influence him. Knowledge was his downfall and so it was now his demise. The old man used the assistance of a beautiful vampire lady near the age of Heng and instructed her HOW to banish the vampire to this ring. He was allowed to roam free for more than 60 mortal years until he have finally been captured in this vessel. Now that he was attached to this vessel he remind connected as throughout the past 700 to 1000 years he have enticed the master (the keeper of the ring) to free him only to find that by his name he is forever attached to this vessel.
Our Coven witchtalismans interaction; Well aware of this deity Aban seek out the none wiccan mortal who had possession of this ring and informed him of the history of this offering. Aban the great Arab sorcerer told him it is imperative this deity remain in this vessel and to use the magick to help others and oneself.
